  1. Returnable Items: Most products purchased from Chop Chase are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
    • Customized or personalized products
    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  3. Proof of Purchase: To process your return or refund, we require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please contact our customer support team at rishabhsoni@icloud.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Processing Refunds

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

Cancellations
